To request a return, email service@couponthursday.com with your order number before sending any item back. Please wait for our return instructions and confirmation before mailing a return.

For return requests made within 30 days, CouponThursday covers the return shipping cost. For requests made after 30 days, eligibility and return shipping responsibility depend on the circumstances. We cover return shipping for quality-related issues. For returns based on a customer’s personal preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Once a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 7–14 days for the refund to be processed. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the funds.
