Order Processing

Orders are processed by our warehouse within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays. Orders placed after 4:00 p.m. Los Angeles time, on weekends, or on U.S. public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping and Delivery

After an order has been processed and dispatched, estimated delivery takes 10–15 calendar days. This estimate counts Monday through Sunday, including weekends. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, customs clearance, carrier operations, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

The estimated total time from order placement to delivery is approximately 11–18 days, depending on when the order is placed and whether processing includes a weekend or public holiday. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Shipping Fee

Shipping costs US$7.99 per order. The applicable shipping charge will be shown at checkout.

Destinations

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, the European Union, and Switzerland. Any applicable duties, taxes, or import charges may be collected at checkout or assessed by the relevant authorities or carrier.

Tracking

When tracking information is available, we will email it to the address provided at checkout. Tracking updates may take some time to appear after dispatch.
