      4. Orders and Payment

      When you place an order, you agree to provide complete and accurate order, contact, payment, and delivery information. Please check your order details before submitting it.

      An order confirmation email confirms that we received your order; it does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted or shipped. We may decline, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment issues, product unavailability, or errors in listing or pricing. If we cancel an order after payment, we will arrange a refund to the original payment method.

      Payments are handled through the payment methods and payment service providers made available at checkout. Your use of a third-party payment method may also be subject to that provider’s terms and privacy practices.

      Prices, currency, promotions, and shipping charges are shown at checkout. The shipping fee is US$7.99 per order, unless the checkout page states otherwise.

      Customers are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, or import charges where these are not collected at checkout. Any such charges may be assessed by the relevant authorities or carrier.

      6. Shipping and Delivery

      Orders are prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days. The order processing cut-off time is 4:00 p.m. Los Angeles time. Orders placed after the cut-off, on weekends, or on U.S. public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

      Estimated transit time is 7–15 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier operations, weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

      7. Returns and Refunds

      Returns and refunds are subject to our Return and Refund Policy.

      Contact service@couponthursday.com before sending an item back. For return requests made within 30 days, CouponThursday covers the return shipping cost. For requests made after 30 days, eligibility and return shipping responsibility depend on the circumstances: we cover return shipping for quality-related issues, while customers cover return shipping for returns based on personal preference.

      Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 7–14 days for refund processing. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the funds.

      Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

      The Site and its content—including text, graphics, images, logos, and design—are owned by or licensed to CouponThursday and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
